Humble Beginnings
Donald was born at Edwards Air Force Base, California and raised in Stone Mountain, Geogria. His mother, Beverly, was a daycare provider while his dad was a postal worker. He attended Dekalb School of Arts which is located in East Atlanta. At Dekalb, he was voted "Most Likely to Write for The Simpsons". He later attended New York University with a degree in Dramatic Writing in 2006.
Back in '06, Glover sent David Miner, an excutive prodcer for famous shows like 30 Rock , a speculative screenplay that he wrote for The Simpsons. Miner and Tina Fey were impressed with his work and later became a writer for the NBC series 30 Rock.
Actor Accolades
Donald started his launch to success with becoming a writer on 30 Rock. From his work on 30 Rock, he later was nominated for an award by the Writers Guild of America. His talents as an actor also began in the television series, Community (2009), which he plays an athlete in a study group. In 2015, he also made an apperance in the film Martian.
After leaving Community, Glover has still continued his actoring and writing abilites in most recent works for Fx show Atlanta. As for future projects, he has signs a deal with Fx Productions for a future show and he is to play Lando in the upcoming Star Wars, which is to release in late 2017.

Glover's rapper alias came from a Wu Tang Name Generator . He has now released four studio albums which include: Camp (2011), Because of the Internet (2013), Kauai (2014), and Awaken My Love (2016). Becasue of the Internet was nominated for a for Best Rap Album of the Year in 2014 and Best Rap Performance for his first single "3005".

This was all started from a fan, who stated he should play SpiderMan and little did he know that a trend had emerged. He later talked about this funny theory in his Comedy Central special Weirdo (2011).
Star Wars has a new Star
Glover played Lando Calrissian be in the Star Wars: Solo movie which aired in 2018. Glover was the perfect actor because he has the look down, began as a comedic actor, a creative, and a nerd at heart.
"Migos are The Beatles of Our Generation"
Glover stated in his Golden Globe award acceptance speech for his tv series Atlanta that the rap group Migos are The Beatles of our generation with their No. 1 chart song, "Bad & Boujee".
